Lionel Artusio, Partner at Dybaw Advisory

Lionel Artusio

Lionel is Dybaw Advisory Co-Founder & Board Member. Lionel has more than 12 years experience in the FinTech industry, having managed from scratch the entire development of a Fintech Startup, which was awarded in less than 2 years by Paypal Braintree, FT European award, European business award, BPI excellence label.
He has had a sustainable and strategic presence in the PayTech ecosystem through mentoring, Board position. He also advised various FinTechs in their compliance and regulatory processes.
Lionel has investment experience gained with Goldman Sachs and with Blackfin Capital as Venture Partner. As such, he managed more than 100 Fintech due diligence, and negotiated and structured more than 10 large deals for an overal size of 80 M€.
Previoulsy, Lionel worked during 2 years as Diplomat the relation with several UN organisations such as World Food Program, UNEP, OCDE, UNDP around topics such as Financial Inclusion, Community Inclusion and Impact infrastructure.
Lionel holds a Master in law and and is an alumni of IEP Aix en Provence & ENA.

Nicolas Leyssieux

Nicolas has 25 years of successful experience in investment, finance and project management. He is a co-founder of Dybaw, specialized in the blockchain usage in industry applications, tokenization, and financial models.
Over the last ten years, Nicolas designed, structured and implemented the investment strategy of a Private Equity. He was directly responsible for the deal making and the management of the portfolio companies, Nicolas achieved above benchmark returns. Previously, he held leadership positions at Alcatel Lucent in the finance function and EADS.
Nicolas holds a MCs in industrial engineering, a BA in Political Sciences and a MBA from the IESE Business school.

Dr Carmelo Bisognano

Carmelo is a co-founder of Dybaw Advisory SA. He brings a diversified experience as researcher, entrepreneur and leader of international incubators and accelerators of startups. He is a trusted anti-corruption auditor and is specialized in the use of blockchain to protect businesses against corruption., leveraging the ISO37001 standard
Carmelo established MassChallenge Switzerland, the most startup friendly accelerator in the world. He also served as Head of Strategy for Inartis Foundation for promoting innovation in Switzerland and co-founded several high-tech companies.
Carmelo had a post-doctoral position at the University Hospital of Geneva, where he obtained several awards for his research work, and is the author of publications in international scientific journals.

Thomas Wacinski

Thomas brings a blend of startup experience and leadership roles in top tier firms where he was in charge of technology, services and consulting.
Previously with Pricewaterhouse Coopers Advisory, he was in charge of advising CxO leaders on technology business strategy and operating model in various industries. With Merck Group, a global leader in science and technology, he worked on the commercial launch and operating model of disruptive digitally-enabled business lines. He has advised and contributed to technology-based projects in total of USD 500M during the last few years only. More recently, he was appointed by the European Commission as an expert regarding investments into strategic development programs involving blockchain and deep tech, as part of the largest public fund in this area.
Thomas holds a Master of Science from University of Geneva, Switzerland and was an MBA lecturer in business valuation at Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne, Switzerland.
